By accessing or using Peppr (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Informational use only

Peppr is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol.

Calculator & tracking tools

The reconstitution calculator and dose tracker are math and record-keeping aids only. They do not verify that any compound, dose, or protocol is safe or appropriate for you. You are solely responsible for reviewing the inputs and outputs and for any decisions you make based on them.

Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions and for the legality of any compound or activity in your jurisdiction.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

No liability for outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppr and its operators are not liable for any dosage errors, side effects, adverse health outcomes, lost data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts that are not yours, interfering with the Service’s operation, scraping or reselling content, or using the Service to violate any law.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason consistent with applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
